April 23rd 2004: With Jelena playing in Fed Cup, many of us had hope, hope that she would be there in a few months in Athenes to play the Summer Olympics. Well guess what, Jelena has confirmed to us that she will be playing in Athenes, hopefully she can bring back a medal:) Best wishes to Jelena!!!

April 22nd 2004: Jelena helped her team post another 3-0 win but this time it was much more difficult as she defeated Sofia Arviddson 5-7, 7-5, 6-3.

April 21st 2004: Jelena is playing Fed Cup, it's no joke this time! She is leading the Serbia and Montenegro team as they are trying to qualify for the world group. Right now, playing in Group A of the Europe/Africa, she helped the team win 3-0 in their first encounter thanks to a 6-0, 6-4 win over Lina Stanciute. The team will now face Sweden.

April 14th 2004: Oh no:( Petra did the trick once more as she defeated Jelena in the second round of the Charleston tournament!:(

April 13th 2004: Things did not come easy for Jelena but she won her first match in Charleston, a win over Tatiana Panova 6-0, 5-7, 7-5, Jelena will now face Petra Mandula... hmmm, we'll probably get an interesting preview for this rematch! April 12th 2004: Jelena will face Tatiana Panova up next, see a preview here. Jelenas match is scheduled at 10am local time at the Center court today. That is 4pm in Belgrade and wednesday midnight at Sydney. Good luck Jelena ;)

April 12th 2004: HAPPY BIRTHDAY JELENA! As Jelena turns 21 today, we would like to wish her the best, health, love, success in tennis and the rest as most importantly, to be happy! Just before you start celebrating, you will surely want to read the latest edition of Jelena's Corner: "Jelena-in-the-box".

April 11th 2004: Jelena is now going to play her next match in Charleston as she is the #12 seed, she will face a qualifier in her first match. You can see the main draw here.

April 6th 2004: Jelena was defeated 6-4, 7-5 by Amy Frazier in the first round in Amelia Island.

April 6th 2004: Jelena will play Amy Frazier today at about 3pm local time (9pm Belgrade, wednesday 5am Sydney).
