July 31st 2005: After all, Jelena faced Stefanie Haidner, she won that match 7-6, 6-3 and will now face Tessy Van De Ven.

July 30th 2005: Jelena is now playing a 50K tournament qualifying in France, she'll face Katarina Kachlikova in her opening match, good luck!

July 26th 2005: Very sorry for the delay, Jelena did play last week, a 50K tournament in Luxembourg. She did win her first two qualifying matches, against Aravane Rezai (#198) and Maria Geznenge (#373) but then lost to Laura-Zaia Vallervdu but she still advanced to the main draw as a lucky loser but withdrew because of an injury, she is hoping to play in France next...

July 15th 2005: It's still uncertain but looks like Jelena might be playing a 50K event in Luxembourg next week, more on that soon:)

July 7th 2005: Jelena and Tina lost in their second match in doubles, a 6-3, 6-3 loss against Errani and Gabba.

July 6th 2005: Jelena was also playing doubles with Tina Pisnik and good news, they won 4-6, 7-6, 6-3 against a solid doubles team, Eva Birnerova and Andrea Vanc.

July 6th 2005: Unfortunately, Jelena suffered a 3 set loss today, a 6-4, 5-7, 6-0 loss against Conchita Martinez-Granados, a good battle, she came up short but it was against a tough clay court player...

July 5th 2005: Jelena is now playing a 50K tournament in Italy, but again she got a tough draw as she'll face clay court specialist Conchita Martinez-Granados in her opening match. If she does win, she would probably face #1 seed Dally Randriantefy.
