Jelena will have a matchup with Iva Majoli in the second round in Linz, a match that should be played on Wednesday and a chance for Majoli to revenge her loss a few weeks ago.

Although they have each won two of their four matches, Jelena won the last one 6-1, 6-2 right after the US Open when they faced in Brasil and has to be considered the heavy favourite in this match although Majoli is a type of player that you never really know what to expect from.

She can play so well at times and then play awful matches like she did the last time. Overall, Jelena's consistency is what will decide the issue of the match as Majoli can get impatient when all her shots are coming back. Here are their 4 previous match results:
