Jelena defeats Rubin in Zurich

Today, Jelena went on to a solid win against American Chanda Rubin in the 2nd round of the Swisscom Challenge played in Zurich, Siwtzerland.

Although Jelena did experience a few problems with her serve, the rest of her game was more than enough to dominate Rubin, who clearly does not have the game to give Jelena much problems.. Making 53 winners in a 2 set match is certainly very impressive and a sign of good things to come.

Next up for Jelena is Italian Silvia Farina-Elia, a match that will be played on Friday!
